Children are free, it is 14 degrees underground, and the trip averages at 45 minutes, you are not allowed to touch the bones, and it is not dusty as the floors are a solid, clay-like substance. It actually has a rather interesting history really. There is a castle like model built in to stone by a miner to make use of his talents, but while making a stairway to create public access to it, he was killed in a mine collapse. There is also a black line on the roof which used to guide visitors by candlelight before electricity. This place is very safe, rather clean and a must see in Paris!
