As a admirer of the Emperor, this museum is like Mecca or Jerusalem. It is almost unequaled in the world (the Belgian military museum is close). It is a monument to the eternal glory of France. This site contains a bunch of merde! The Louvre is incredible, as is the cemetary and 'Arch de Triumphe! VIVAT EMPIRATOR IN AETERNUM! VIVE NAPOLEON! I agree that it is a beautiful place architecturally and many people are interested in military history/memorabilia. I think the article has a good point for a certain crowd that isn't but could be a bit more objective and mention the beautiful architecture, as some people might visit for that. I visited the site last year and it was very enjoyable, particularly as an American to get a detailed account of WWII. It was the very first time I have actually managed to see Nazi propoganda, etc... there's so much history here, how on earth one could not recommend is beyond me.
